CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask all clients to submit a 50% deposit to secure their appointment. Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit is received. To allow enough time to offer your appointment to another client, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the 50% deposit being forfeited. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time so that I can remain on schedule. **Deposits are non-refundable if the 48 hour cancellation policy is not followed**
